TIBERGHIEN is a leading tax law firm, that focusses on tax (including tax litigation) and estate planning in a Belgian, European and/or international context. It provides services to companies as well as to high net worth individuals.
The "Tiberghien Manual", published annually, is still the reference text in Belgium on tax matters.
Its operational relationships with a number of international (tax) law firms has resulted in the creation of a powerful network that is able to offer seamless cross-border tax advice to its clients.
The firm currently numbers some 57 professionals (including 11 partners) based in the Brussels or Antwerp offices.
For all non-tax related issues (corporate & finance, employment law, etc), Tiberghien maintains an operational relationship with Altius.
Altius provides a broad range of national and international transaction related legal services to financial institutions and companies in various industry sectors, as well as day-to-day legal advice.
