Tiberghien has recently appointed Katrien Bollen, Elisabeth De Nolf, Ahmed El Jilali and Gert Vranckx as counsel, thus building further the firm’s growth and innovation. With these appointments we acknowledge each counsel’s expertise, which they have been passionately putting to the service of the firm’s clients and the firm for many years. This promotion is a great next step in their careers and is something of which all can be rightly proud.

We are delighted to introduce our four new counsels to you:

Katrien Bollen has been working at Tiberghien for 10 years as an expert in national and international HR taxation. She advises, among other things, on international employment, compensation structures and equity incentives.

Elisabeth De Nolf has built up solid experience in the civil team, where she assists individuals and families with estate and succession planning, gifts and inheritance, and also in situations with an international dimension.

Ahmed El Jilali first gained international experience at a leading consulting firm and then in 2019 joined Tiberghien where he has since been advising companies on Belgian and international tax law.

Gert Vranckx joined Tiberghien in 2012. He is passionate about all aspects of indirect taxation such as VAT, customs and excise. Companies active in the digital industries can count on his thorough knowledge of digital service tax and online marketplace liability rules.
