The 2026 edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) – Family Law has been published. In this 9th edition, Larissa De Wulf, Carolyn Vanthienen and Alexandra Goossens have authored the Belgian Country chapter, covering common issues in family law such as divorce, cohabitation, children, relocations, cross-border issues, parental responsibility, child maintenance and marital agreements.
