Ivo VANDE VELDE will participate in the panel discussion on Exit Taxation at the upcoming IBA Conference in Amsterdam (17 and 18 November) on The New Era of Taxation.
The panel will focus on the tax implications deriving from the transfer of a company within the EU as well as to other countries.
Special focus will be given to exit taxes within the EU, also in light of the decisions of the EU Court of Justice. It will also discuss, through case studies, the most used transactions in this respect, such as mergers or corporate inversions.
