Madeline Morel

Madeline was born and educated in France. In Nancy, she obtained a Master 1 in Corporate Law and Taxation, then a Master 2 coupled with DJCE and a Certificate of Specialization in French and International Taxation. She also obtained her Cycle A and Cycle B diplomas in individual and corporate taxation. Finally, Madeline obtained the CCDL in 2019.

She joined Tiberghien Luxembourg in 2020 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2021.

Madeline advises Luxembourg and international companies on complying with the law regarding direct taxation for all contemplated transactions and ensuring the proper treatment of such transactions. She also assists in the declarative work of companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Madeline worked for 3 years in the areas of international and Luxembourg taxation by advising the industrial and commercial clients of one of the Big Four in Luxembourg. During this period, she gained significant experience in the areas of direct taxation as well with company declarations and notifications.

Madeline speaks French and English.
