Charlotte Meskens

Charlotte was awarded the best master's thesis in the post-master's program in tax law: "The introduction of a European tax on financial transactions".

In addition, she was the winner of the 'Tax game' 2014 (organized in cooperation with Deloitte).

Charlotte is a teaching assistant at Ghent University (for the subjects tax law, corporate tax law and personal tax law). She is currently writing a doctoral thesis on the system of extra-accountable deductions in corporate taxation.

Charlotte has particular experience in corporate tax and tax litigation. She also has solid expertise in the field of withholding tax pass-through exemptions.
