Ngoc-My Nguyen

Ngoc-My joined Tiberghien Luxembourg in 2020 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014.

She focuses on indirect tax planning and advises on VAT matters to local and multinational companies. She also works on VAT compliance projects.

Ngoc-My has broad experience in key areas including financial transactions involving banks, SOPARFIS, investment funds, private equity and real estate companies. She also advises clients in the retail and telecommunication sectors.

Prior to joining Tiberghien, Ngoc-My has worked for five years in the tax department of a Big Four firm (including one year within their US VAT practice based in New-York) and for seven years in a well-known middle sized law firm.
