Eldar Mingaleyev

Eldar started his professional career at Tiberghien in 2013. Over the years, he has acquired extensive expertise in corporate taxation and estate and succession planning. In January 2024, Eldar was named Partner.

He assists family businesses in structuring and developing their projects and investments (such as private equity) both nationally and internationally.  Eldar assists family businesses in designing and implementing (complex) restructurings (such as mergers, demergers, cross-border seat transfers, etc.).

Eldar assists family shareholders in the context of transferring the family business to the next generation, paying particular attention to the design and implementation of agreements between shareholders (shareholder agreements, family charter, etc.) and control structures (partnerships, trust offices, etc.).
