Toontjeshuis
Tiberghien supports the Toontjeshuis project. This organization is committed to people for whom it is not self-evident to live independently. Toon's father, Joost Callens, CEO of Durabrik, wants to create social added value as a social entrepreneur with the non-profit organization Toontjeshuis. The goal is to provide housing in a sustainable way with the necessary comfort for those who need it. A Toontjeshuis meets the needs of its residents. In this way, they contribute to a happy and quality future for everyone.
Vitality at work
At Tiberghien Lawyers, we believe that vitality and well-being are essential pillars for a sustainable future. That is why we have established a Vitality Committee, consisting of a group of enthusiastic collaborators who are committed to creating a work environment in which everyone feels physically, mentally and emotionally supported.
Vitality and well-being are important not only for the individual, but also for the organization. By investing in the health and well-being of our employees, we strive to create a culture of sustainability and long-term commitment. Our Committee regularly organizes activities and initiatives that contribute to a healthy lifestyle and a positive work experience.
We believe that a healthy and happy team member contributes to the success of our firm and the satisfaction of our clients. Therefore, the Vitality Committee remains committed to the well-being of everyone within Tiberghien Lawyers.
We communicate regularly about our initiatives and activities through various channels:
