As an HR manager, I contribute to the further development of Tiberghien, where we are always looking for talented employees who can help shape our growth. I am jointly responsible for screening and interviewing experienced talent and have an advisory role in this. Afterwards, together with the HR team, I make sure that the contract settlement runs smoothly and that, thanks to a smooth onboarding, the new employees quickly feel at home within Tiberghien.

HR Business Partner
As HR business partner, I support Tiberghien in the recruitment of young talents. For the trainee lawyers, I am the first point of contact during the entire application procedure: I receive the applications and am present during the first introductory interviews. I help to link the applicant to the vacancy that best suits his/her talents. In addition, I take care of the administration involved in the recruitment process, such as drawing up the various contracts. In a final phase, I take care of the first orientation of our new employees, by giving them the right tools to quickly feel at home within the office.
