Quentin Masure has been with Tiberghien since 2011 and has specialized in corporate tax, business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Additionally, Quentin assists Venture Capital and Private Equity funds, general partners, and limited partners in structuring and setting up funds. He also offers expertise in developing and structuring incentive plans for managers.
Stein De Maeijer joined Tiberghien in 2014 and has deep expertise in VAT. He primarily focuses on the real estate sector as well as the public and non-profit sectors. With his expertise, he is intensively involved in M&A projects, company restructurings, VAT audits, VAT disputes, and various complex VAT issues.
Gilles Van Namen began his career in 2008 and has been with Tiberghien as a lawyer since February 2018. With his extensive expertise in corporate tax, personal tax, and registration duties, Gilles primarily assists clients in setting up acquisition and financing structures, restructurings, and real estate projects. Additionally, he provides support in the practical application of technical tax matters such as interest deduction limitations, group contributions, and the practical accounting and tax treatment of mergers and demergers.
Ahmed El Jilali began his career as a tax consultant before working as a tax lawyer for international law firms. Since 2019, he has been part of Tiberghien’s corporate team, where he primarily advises multinational companies and large Belgian companies on both Belgian and international corporate tax. He is involved in both operational support and complex transactional aspects, with particular expertise in financing, restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions. Additionally, Ahmed plays a key role in developing Tiberghien’s French-speaking Corporate practice, with a particular focus on Franco-Belgian relations.
