Gilles Van Namen has been a lawyer since 2008. He has developed expertise in tax law in the broadest sense (corporation tax, VAT, indirect tax, international taxation, tax procedure, financing and acquisition structures, advanced decisions in tax matters) in a medium-sized law firm, specialized in corporate and tax law. Since 2015 Gilles' focus has been mainly on real estate taxes and restructurings (including mergers, divisions, contributions, transformations).
Gilles joined Tiberghien in February 2018. He specializes in advising and assisting clients in restructuring and, more generally, advising clients on corporate tax matters.
Gilles regularly publishes articles in professional magazines and newsletters.
