Olivia Herbert

Olivia graduated from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven) where she obtained a Master’s degree in Law. Before that she obtained her Bachelor in Law at the University of Namur and pursued a one-semester LLM-exchange program at Duke University (US). She also obtained a Master's degree in Notarial Law (KU Leuven), as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Tax Law (Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel).

Olivia joined the Brussels Bar in October 2016. She started her career as tax lawyer at Freshfields, after which she joined Tiberghien in 2019. She focusses on Estate planning, inheritance law, gifts and donations, family owned businesses and French-Belgian tax aspects.
