Hrachia obtained his Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven in 2024 and subsequently completed a Master's degree in Taxation. During his studies, he participated in the International and European Tax Moot Court Competition, where his team came third and he won the prize for 'Best Memorandum Applicant'. His Master's thesis in taxation was also awarded the prize for 'Best Master's thesis in taxation'.
Hrachia joined Tiberghien in 2025 and works within the Tax Procedure team.
