Jolein Geuns

Jolein Geuns joined Tiberghien in 2023 as a lawyer within the Estate Planning team. She advises families and family businesses on corporate estate planning, with a focus on the protection, structuring and transfer of family assets.

In her practice, Jolein assists clients in organising family assets and structuring family businesses. She supports them in developing sustainable governance models, managing risks and preparing for generational changes. In doing so, she takes into account family dynamics and the interaction between asset planning, company law and taxation, so that clients can count on integrated, future-proof solutions.

Jolein obtained her Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven (2018). She then completed a Master's degree in Tax Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2019). She is a member of the Brussels Bar and speaks fluent Dutch, French and English.
