Andreas joined Tiberghien in September 2026. He holds a Master of Laws and an Advanced Master's in Notarial Law from KU Leuven. In addition, he completed an advanced intensive course in Corporate Income Tax at the Fiscale Hogeschool.
His practice focuses on estate and succession planning and family property law.
Andreas has already published in professional journals and on specialised platforms such as Accountancy & Fiscaliteit, Jura Falconis, De Juristenkrant and Corporate Finance Lab. In articles based on the topic of his master's thesis, he examined, among other things, the legal settlement of companies in distress and the relationship between insolvency law and judicial dissolution. He also authored an opinion piece on the legal framework governing pandemic measures.
