Tine Van Hof

Tine Van Hof supports the civil advisory and litigation practice as a scientific advisor.

She is affiliated with the University of Antwerp as a senior researcher and guest professor. Her academic research focuses primarily on international family law (including international child abduction, adoption, surrogacy and ART).

As a visiting professor, she taught the course on private international law and the practical course on international family law, and she served as co-lecturer on Belgian personal and family law. She also teaches the section on children's rights within the course on child and youth (protection) law.

During her master's degree at the University of Antwerp, she participated in the exchange programme Droit international et européen at the University of Neuchâtel (2016).

Tine is the author of various articles on international family law and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
