Gauthier Mary

Gauthier serves as a Senior Associate at Tiberghien Luxembourg.

Gauthier advises Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients in their investments and operations in Luxembourg or abroad, including ICT technologies, private equity, real estate and intellectual properties. Gauthier also advises private clients in their estate planning through Luxembourg. Gauthier is also active in tax litigation involving Luxembourg companies.

Prior to joining Tiberghien, Gauthier has worked for five years in the tax department of an important Luxembourg Big Four firm and more than six years in an important Luxembourg independent tax advisory firm, thus gaining significant experience in the field of corporate taxation.

Gauthier holds a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium). He is member of the Luxembourg Bar (List I - Avocat à la Cour) since 2013.

Gauthier is fluent in French (mother tongue) and English. He has basic knowledge in German.
