Maxime is a Senior Associate at Tiberghien Luxembourg and advises a broad basis of international clients on individual and corporate tax aspects.
He has particular experience in the field of acquisitions structured via Luxembourg vehicles, group restructuring, private equity and intellectual property.
Maxime also has a good understanding of accounting and finance and a good knowledge of the Luxembourg company law.
Prior to joining Tiberghien in 2011, Maxime studied in Lyon, France, where he specialized in financial engineering and tax law, and gained a first experience in a French tax law firm while advising French and international clients in the field of personal and corporate taxation. Maxime has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.
