Marine Genique

Marine Genique graduated from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where she obtained her Master's degree in Law. She subsequently completed an Advanced Master's degree in Tax Law at the ULB, obtained magna cum laude.

Marine joined Tiberghien in 2023 and is a member of the Corporate Tax team. She advises Belgian and international clients on corporate taxation, M&A transactions, restructurings and domestic and cross-border tax planning.

She also advises and represents Belgian and international clients in the context of tax audits, administrative proceedings and tax litigation before the Belgian tax authorities and courts.
