Ömer Candan

Ömer Candan is a French-speaking lawyer who holds a Master’s degree in Law (2023) and a Master’s degree specialising in Notarial Law (2024), both from the Université libre de Bruxelles. He also completed an Executive Master’s in Tax Law at the École Supérieure des Sciences Fiscales in 2026.

In his practice, Ömer focuses primarily on the Belgian and international aspects of wealth planning for private clients.

Alongside his legal practice, he is active in academia as a visiting lecturer at the Francisco Ferrer University College, where he teaches a course on international tax planning, and also serves as a teaching assistant at the Université libre de Bruxelles for the civil law course.
